When playing on a screen with 21:9 aspect ratio the scale slider has a minimum value that is far from being perfect.
When using the mimimum value on 16:9 with full screen I can see the map + my personal stuff.
When using the minimum value on 21:9 I cannot even see the full map. To see the full map or more I need to make the window more narrow resulting in losing vertical space due to not using full screen.
Suggestion:
Allow scales far below 77 to make the game better playable on screens with aspect ratio of 21:9 or even wider.
Two more side notes:
1. the slider does have a tool tip that doesn't make much sense. Could be removed or better replaced with a description of the function.
2. behind the word "scale" there is a hardcoded colon behind a space resulting in: "Scale :". In some languages (i.e. German) the space is not correct. So please include the colon into the string for translation. -

案件沿革
I have tested with a scale of 0.46 and I see the problem you mentioned (see screenshot: imgur.com/a/oY24Lx8). The screenshot shows the full horizontal resolution of 3440 but not the full vertical resolution due to the chrom web developer tool).
Yes, there is a lot of unused space on the left side and using it with FullHD wouldn't make sense. But even in the current state it makes sense to even use it in this state because without the good slider the game looks in 21:9 like in the next screenshot:

As you can see although the screen has a height of 1440 pixels I cannot even see the full main tableau not speaking of the other relevant game material below.
So the main problem is that the main map is scaled up when the screen gets wider than 16:9. In 16:9 everything is fine. Above 16.9 the main map gets bigger and bigger until being unusable (or at least not fully visible).
So, without intending to push you, it would be great if you could find any easy solution (perhaps stopping increasing the size of the main map above a certain size) or by changing the scale slider.
