I'd happily volunteer to do at least one solo run through each new track before it gets put in random rotation and messes up arena and tournaments for everyone. That seems like the bare minimum of testing.

The tile in the top of the track that is before the tile curve at speed 2. it skips that whole tile and the first space of the curve tile (the cars goes directly into the curve from the end of the tile two places to the left of the curve). It provokes that if you are unlucky and go top speed believing you have 4 tiles to reduce to gear 2 you get yourself in the next move in a curve at 2 speed and no way to break (therefore your car skid).
