Move 114 and and 144, happened every time I tried to select a specific die for the Stock action, it just picked one randomly.

The selected die on exploration seems to be random which is fine most of the time, but in this case the color of the die will decide how much money you get on an exploration.

To reproduce, you need, 2 or more dice in exploration one of them is yellow.
You select the stock action. You could get +2 cash or +4 cash depending on which die to use. The die selection is random and if you plan you move for a +4 cash and this die is used for exploration, I would be pretty pissed.

I've experienced this also a lot, last e.g. table 43652255, turn #134. I choose the white die (phase activation die) to explore (before I removed two tiles from my construction zone), and the engine used the yellow die to explore - leaving the white die still marked.
To avoid this effect I'm forced to always use first the yellow die to collect.
Even if I'm not sure, it seems to me that the used die is not random but the last / bottom die in the line (which is usually the yellow).
This seems to me a real bug as it forced me to make decisions which may be other if I would have seen the new tiles before.

This just happened to me at table #45983220 on move ~40. I selected Explore phase with a red die and had a yellow die under it. I selected the red die and then Scout. The yellow die was used, the red die still selected.

Hi, I have also realized this kind of error. Just now at table 62869863, I had to more dices to my own ones due to another card action. I selected a yellow "free" dice, everything worked fine. Then I selected the "free" additional white dice and instead of chosing this one the algorithm picked the other yellow one, which I didn't pick at all! I took the white one. I have realized this problem also still quite often in other games of roll for the Galaxy. There is seemingly still a bug in the color picking action.

I had Ancient Technology (yellow die stock action = 4$) and Major Research Lab (act as if you have an extra white die in explore phase) in my tableau. During the explore phase I had a yellow, “extra” white, and red die (in that order, with yellow being my die that selected the phase. I wanted to scout with the white die before doing stock with yellow die, so I selected the white die and clicked scout. Unfortunately the yellow die was used instead of the white die.Table #492157122, Move #209)

Same, just couldn’t manage to use the ability even if I select a yellow die…

U CAN'T select a die, it auto use UPMOST die first.

It's still taking the wrong dice. I had a different die selected for scouting, not the yellow die, but it took the yellow die anyway. It stole $2 from me from what I would have done for stocking had the game followed the rules and actually obeyed my selection. I can't believe that this still has not been fixed.

Still going strong over 7(!) years after initially being reported... meanwhile BGA continues to code changes that no one asked for and which make the site worse to use. 🙄
